displays unexpected web site

My browser displays unexpected web site. e.g.
http://www.ignphrases.com/keyword/keyword.aspx?
pid=24&v=6.1&rs=0&keyword=|~irgiqbnhlk. This happens very
often especially when I select the previously visited URL
in dropdown list in the address bar.

Someone please tell me what to do. Thanks in advance.
