Uninstalling

I am trying to uninstall something and it comes up with a
messager say that: "The Install Shield Luncher has
encoutered a problem and has to close." Now how do i
uninstall the program?

What should i do?

Try reinstalling/uninstalling that program.

there seems to be some coruptions with in that program.
you have to reinstall the program in order to remove
cleaning. if you don't have the program remove the
folder from program.
