Add/Remove problem

I have been trying to uninstall my camera software. It is in the Add/Remove
list but I notice there is no 'size' by it. When I click on Change/Remove
briefly the install shield appears, tries to do something and disappears.
The prog is still there. There is no uninstall option within the software.
Thought I'd try to uninstall the USB driver for it as that has a size by it,
but when it tries it comes back with it couldn't find the file specified but
again it is bringing the Install shield up. Can't think of how to remove
programme.

did you try to reinstall the software first? might have accidentally deleted a file needed for uninstall.

No I didn't. Didn't know whether it would cause a problem with the software
already being installed on the system. Perhaps it might be okay to give that
a go then?
