-----Original Message-----
I'm trying to uninstall the application "get right",ver. 4.5c but i can't.
Instead, i get an error message saying "could not open install.log file".
Tried manually too but says that could not delete the "unwise.exe" which is
not on my start up folder.
So...?
.
A couple of safe suggestions
1- If you still have the "Get Right" install software you
mighty try re-installing it to correct the uninstall
data, then try running the uninstall program.
2- If the above doesn't work there is a program called
Norton CleanSweep. This program can record the re-install
of this software and then remove it quite nicely. It can
also attempt to find and remove exiting files related to
the program without reinstalling. If you search the net
there may be some sharewhere programs that do the same
thing.
Note: I can't find CleanSweep on Symantec's web site
anymore, maybe they stopped making it. They where giving
it away for awhile.
Good luck
