I have research the net from one end to the other and it
seems many people are having this problem and no one
seems to agree on a solution. My Windows 98 upgraded to
Windows XP computer unexpectedly shuts down and boots
with the following error: The system has recovered from
a serious error.
DataFiles=C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini071603-02.dmp|
C:\DOCUME~1\Bob\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml
Most posts I have read point to a video driver. My
NVidia video driver has been updated. I have downloaded
the Windows XP SP1 in reference to the Minidump issue
which I assume is just a recording of the error. The WER
is followed by any number from 1 to 9. Each time it is
different. Please help!
