win xp starts up with error message

hi when i reboot my win xp P4 1.7 ghz
with 512 mgs ram,
It has a message that comes up which says :"your Computer
has recovered from a serious error"
when i check the error message i got this info:

does anyone know what i can do to fix this problem??
It all started when all of a sudden my computer just
restarted out of nowhere..in the middle of me doing
normal everyday things..it did this 2 or 3 times...and
now it seems stable...but i get this error message.
please help!!
