Please!!! who knows about this

When i start up my machine (windowsXP) it just pop up a
message and i've got sick of it. is there any way to stop
this message?
I detailed the message bellow:

The system has recovered from a serious error.
A log of this error has been created.

Error signature:

i searched in my system and couldn't find the
folder "WER1.temp.dir01" any where.
please any one has an idea about what's goin on?!!!!

If your computer has been upgraded to Windows XP, you

it's not about turn off the message as much as it
important to me to make the start up faster because
windows seams to be doing some thing then get faild when
get this error message ,,,,what i mean all the programs
which starts with windows gonna be very slow and start
after about 2 minutes later from the time when the
desktop up and going.
about if i upgraded to windows xp,,need to advise that i
never had any thing ells in my pc than windows xp and
it's the same drivers for all the hardware but what i'm
sure about that this happenedb after i've done registery
clean up. i kept a backup of my registey before the clean
up but when i try to re-install the backup registery it
say that not all of the values been installed
successfuly!!!
then i've done windows repair but unfortunetely that
didn't change any thing....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

still there any idea how to fix that???????
