Undelete after pressing Shift+Delete

Is there a way I can get a graphic file (has layers so I can change text
easily) that I deleted (shift+deleted when I mistakenly erased the
graphic folder in that specifi directory? Can I install something and
find it? I haven't added to/deleted anything from the directory since.

But be warned that installing it might overwrite the space where your
deleted file is on the HD!!!!!
