I'm having trouble with Outlook 2007 on my office computer. The inbox is full, which has happened several times before. I get the message that says to delete messages by pressing SHIFT + DELETE and it will delete the items. I've always used SHIFT + DELETE to clear it out, no problems. However, for whatever reason SHIFT+DELETE is no longer working. I get the message to use SHIFT + DELETE when I'm actually pressing SHIFT + DELETE. I'm hoping someone can help me because I really need to get my email back up at work ASAP and I don't have the money to call my IT guy back at the moment due to cashflow issues. As a newbie on the site I looked up what I need to let you guys know to hopefully help me out so here's all the info I have on my computer:

I'm running Windows XP Personal SP 3 with Windows OneCare and an AT&T router to connect to the internet.

Motherboard manufacturer:ASUSTeK Computer INC.
Model:p4B266LA

Physical Memory 2048 MB Total, 1389 MB Free
Memory Load 32%
Virtual Memory 3946 MB Total, 3338 MB Free

It's got an Intel Pentium 4 with 1.8 GHz

Hopefully someone can help me ASAP. Thanks in advance and let me know if you need anything more to help.
