Unable to view websites since XP SP2 installed

I am unable to view websites I could view previous to installing SP2 for XP
Pro. I tried uninstalling SP2, but that didn't fix the problem.

A specific website I'm having trouble with is horoscopes.astrology.com.

Any help is appreciated.

Another thing you can try is:
Go to start/run
Type in: regsvr32 softpub.dll
Press Enter or click OK

What's the exact symptom? I'm able to see the pages in a SP2 box here.
