SNMP Does not work in Windows XP SP2

OS: Windows XP Pro SP2

We are unable to get SNMP to work in Windows XP SP2. It works fine on
Windows 2000 Pro PCs.

Also...I noticed that I am unable to connect to the XP box from the server
by right clicking Computer Management and selecting Connect to another
Computer.

OK...I discovered the XP box was in a different workgroup and thats why I was
unable to connect from Computer Management at the server...however, SNMP
still does not work.
