Unable to view HTTPS pages

G

Goin'Nutz

OK Everyone, I'm going crazy here.

I have XP Home, with SP2, and I'm having problems
connecting to HTTPS web pages.

Here's my configuration:

- A Wireless laptop
- Connects to a brocade) LAN/Wireless router
- Obtain DHCP (192.168.2.x) from Router
- I set DNS Primary / Secondary to the ISP

Laptop has:
- XP Home
- SP2 (although I'm unable to completely remove and re-
install).
- I've removed or disabled ALL security software
(firewalls, etc) on the laptop

The PROBLEM
============
I can connect to any website on port 80, but I cannot
connect to HTTPS website

I've check the standard configuration settings under
Control Panel | Internet | Advanced....and SSL2.0, SSL3.0
and TLS1.0 is enabled.

Any ideas why I can't connect to HTTPS sites.

BTW: I have a LAN PC connecting thru the same router and
it CAN and DOES load HTTPS pages, so I know it is NOT the
router. The problem resides on this damn laptop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
