"Unable to open dialog".

My wife's computer has this message popping up all the
time. "Unable to open dialog". She has high-speed DSL
(roadrunner) the latest IE release and Norton Utilities
running. This error is preventing her from accessing the
website from which she works. I have looked all over the
MS website for a patch or other download that might
address this error, but have not found any that seem
to "fit". Does anyone know what this error is? Is it
related to that nasty little worm that is wreaking havoc?
Any help and/or response would be appreciated

There is a virus that can cause this behavior. Make sure that your virus
scanning software has the latest updates and then scan your system. You can
also try using an online scanner at http://housecall.trendmicro.com .
