unable to get rid of a Pop up

Hello:
I have an unwanted Pop up I can' t get rid off. It got installed somehow in
my lap top and everytime I open IE it executes itself and it is just a pain.
It is a video add from moviepass.com that runs for about a minute or so
every time
and i have not been able take it out of the system.
I have the POP UP blocker activated but still it made it through.

I am running windows XP (SP2)
Can anybody help??

your suggestion worked like a champ.
Searched for the two folders and their files.
Deleted them all.
Restarted my lap top.
Opened up IE and no more moviepass anoying video.
