Unable to view wanted pop up

A pop up I want to see is somehow being blocked.

Before SP2 I had Google pop up blocker. Despite trying to allow pop ups at
the site I want to see, it still blocked them. I have removed it but still
can't see the pop up.

I have disabled XP pop up blocker as well but still can't get it.

Have you tried turning off the Google pop-up blocker, turning off the IE
pop-up blocker, then restarting the computer? I've heard of that procedure
succeeding at least once.

I can't find anything in IE help index to suggest it has a pop up blocker.

Hi,
Yes, we're referring to the same pop-up blocker (XP SP2) Do you have *any*
other programs, toolbars, etc running that might be blocking pop-ups? Yahoo
Companion? A firewall, other than the XP firewall? Check for other add-ons
to IE:

Got Norton Internet Security

Some programs need an update to work with XP SP2. NIS may be one of those.
If you disable NIS, does the problem still occur?

It's a new feature in XPsp2 so the Help files may not have been
updated. Use the Tools menu to turn it on or see the settings.

Or doubleclick on the second little status bar pane (beside the offline
indicator) to see the same submenu choices.

Those are just shortcuts to get at the new section of the Privacy tab
in the Internet Properties dialog. You can see that there is no help
associated with that new checkbox either.
