Pop-up was blocked

I keep getting the "pop-up was blocked" response, preventing me from using an
online application I want. I've added the site to my trusted lists, and I've
even tried disabling pop-up blocker altogether. It KEEPS ON doing this! I'm
very frustrated, especially as I could get there just fine as of yesterday,
and I don't know what changed. Please HELP! I really need to use this site.

Many/some/all pop-up blockers have a method to allow a pop-up. Usually you
hold down the CTRL or similar key then click on whatever it is that brings
up the pop-up.

Turn off all added toolbars to see if one of them is blocking the popup.

Thanks Frank, it was the Yahoo toolbar that was doing it. I wish programs
that can generate error messages would identify themselves somewhere in the
message.
