pop-up windows was blocked

i have IE 6 sp1 on XP sp1 with security set to low since
it is a trusted site.

on the status bar, i see "a pop-up window was blocked".

i don't have any pop-up blocker software installed.

why am i getting this and how do i disable it?

The Google toolbar and Yahoo toolbar have popup blockers. Make sure they are
turned off.

Holding down the CTRL key when you click on a link will bypass many popup
blockers.

Hi Mark - In addition to Warren's suggestions, you might check on Zone Alarm
Pro if you're running that. It also has popup blocking capability which may
be turned on.
