"A pop-up window was blocked" error in IExplorer 6, SP1

Hi All,

"A pop-up window was blocked" error message appears in the left corner of
IExplorer 6, SP1 when there will be some pop-up windows.
I have checked I have enabled the scripting in security settings.

Any suggestions to this problem??
