A Pop-up window was blocked

How can I gain full access to all links on a website that
are controlled via pop-up windows? On certain sites, I
get the following message when attempting to navigate the
site: "A pop-up window was blocked."

How can I turn off this feature?

IE does not have a popup blocker. If you are using the Goggle tool bar,
there is a popup blocker there. Disable it.

Some ISP have popup blocker. You can disable it from your ISP settings.
