On behalf of a colleague...
Using Windows 2000, IE6, entering the address of or clicking a link to an
HTTPS site causes a blank screen to be displayed, and the status bar says
"Done". There is *no* error message such as "Page cannot be displayed" or
"Cannot find server or DNS error". All info found so far, relating to
problems accessing secure sites, seems to be related to error messages being
displayed.
Have tried renaming HOSTS, checked that scripting and cookies are enabled,
firewall is off, no proxy server in use.
Any further suggestions?
