Cannot access non-secure web sites

I cannot access non secure web sites, receive the "The
page cannot be displayed" error. I can still access
secure web sites (https) with no issues.

I have tried clearing my tif pages but no success.

There seems to be quite a few people with this problem
recently, is this a known virus? Any recommendations?

I've had the same problem, but in reverse. I can access
non-secure web sites, but not secure sites.

Has anyone found a patch for this? Hello out there--Does
anyone ever read this listserv who knows of solutions?
