Trying to run windows update keep getting Erorr code 0x80072f8f

Can someone give me any help to resolve this problem. Can't run any updates
as keep getting Erorr 0x80072f8f telling me time and date settings are wrong
have tried loads of things to rectify problem however nothing seems to work.

why don't you tell us what you have tried it seems like a simple date
time error? Just make sure your year is correct as well as the am pm
