timedate warp

XPro refuses to let me, as a Lowly User, open up timedate.cpl to see the
calendar. It complains about me not having privilege level to set (or see)
the System Time.
As Admin, I have given Lowly User "Full Control" of timedate.cpl,
however Lowly User can still not see the calendar. How to fix this?

In Administrative Tools - Local Security Policy - User Rights Assignments allows one to specify who can change the time.

Also Type gpedit.msc in Start Run and make sure you haven't restricted the applet.

Thanks, this worked. But why did not setting the permission of
timedate.cpl??

In Administrative Tools - Local Security Policy - User Rights Assignments
allows one to specify who can change the time.
