Lowly User can't run pgms

WXPro claims that it is in the interests of security to install pgms as
Admin and then run them as Lowly User, that used to work; but suddenly,
Lowly user can not run them.
Any way to recover??

Hi Laurie,

Suddenly? What were you doing with the system before this happened? If it
was working before, then some change that you made is causing the problem.

Lowly user lost permissions to certain files/folders for programs for
some reason. Try creating new lowly user and see if it works. Also run
CHKDSK /F to reset any "unused" security descriptors if your using NTFS.
I've seen that fix this sort of thing a few times. Otherwise you'll have
to determine which files/folders need specific permissions granted and
go from there, depending on whether this is Home or Pro the steps to
take for setting permissins will be very different.
