pgm restrictions?

As the story goes, we are supposed to install pgms as Admin for security
reasons, and then run them as User. However, many pgms will not run as User
if installed as Admin. How to fix this?

Hi Laurie,

Ideally you would have to install the specific programs from all the accounts that you plan to run
them from. Software which has been designed keeping Windows XP in mind will you give you an option
to install for "everyone" or "just me" when the setup is run. Which software are you trying to
install ?
