'The selectedmessage(s)could not be moved.'

I can receive my emails but could not send as I have 1 message that cannot be
moved from the outbox consequently the following emails cannot be sent. What
can I do to unblock my outgoing route? I am on bluewin.ch and I have a
Fujitsu Lifebook

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista
