WINDOWS MAIL STOPPED WORKING

C

Chris

I have Windows Mail on Vista which was working fine for 7 months.
Today it will not send or receive any email.
There are no error messages, just outbound email sits in the outbox going
nowhere and nothing is incoming despite having test emails sent.
I also cannot read the sent items folder - it says
Folder could not be displayed
Windows mail could not open this folder.
Possible causes are
low disk space
low memory
I know this is not the case.
I do have several photographs on some of the emails outgoing lately.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Windows mail seems to have stopped sending messages as of 1st April 2008.
Can't be a server problem as I can still send via BT Yahoo mail, and via
Outlook Express on another computer using the same account. Is the date
significant?

"Seems to have stopped sending"? Please be more specific.
Are all the messages you attempted to send accumulating in the Outbox?
Is there an error message when you try to send? If so, copy it and post it.
