Terminal services

I have a gateway PC with Windows 2000 server on it and I
want to be able to use either terminal services or remote
desktop into the machine from work or another access
point. How do I this up on the machine itself. I am also
have too other machines one with XP pro and the other XP
home these machines are all at home and want to be able to
setup my 2000 server to receive terminal services and or
remote desktop requests. Please help
