taskbar size?

Hi Group,
Somehow my taskbar got resized and is twice as high as it used to be. I
tried dragging it back down but all I can do is make it disappear
completely. I'd like it back to the single height it used to be. I've tried
all the "customize" and "properties" options available for the taskbar but,
nothing. Any help you can offer will be appreciated.
