Task Manager

What is causing my Task Manager to close after 5 sec.
I just want to see the list of process and it won't let me
see the whole list. I just closes. Then the more I keep
opening it, it displays the green indicator several times.
But when but my mouse over them they start to disapear.

What's going on. I have ran Spybot & Adaware. No Viruses.

Most likely a trojan or worm on the system. Confirm by trying to run
Regedit.

That's funny Norton is upto date and hasn't detected
anything

You have a bug

run a full sys scan, twice

Then you definitely have malware or a trojan installed. It's just a
question of scanning and locating it. Also you can go to www.lavasoft.de
and pick up Ad-aware.
