Systemworks 2003 question

I've just upgraded my ME system to XP Home which seems to have buggered up
several programmes - including Norton Systemworks 2003. To solve this I have
uninstalled and reinstalled the software and downloaded all the updates via
LiveUpdate, except for one called "Symantec Common Client Updates" which
refuses to install. When it tries I get the error message

"The update was not completed.

"The update process was unable to complete successfully. Please click the
Details button for more information."

Clicking the Details button gives me the following info:

"Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1

Common Client Core 1.0.2

LiveUpdate was not able to complete this update.

Please contact Technical Support and provide all information displayed on
this screen.
For contact information, go to Help->Technical Support from your Symantec
product.

The files below could not be updated by LiveUpdate:

File: C:\WINDOWS\System32\ccPasswd.dl^

Clicking the OK button in the next window which lists various Systemworks
components and updates, I see a red cross next to "Symantec Common Client
Updates". In the Window below it says:

"LU1806: LiveUpdate was not able to install any of the 1 updates that you
selected. For more information please click the "+" sign next to the
update(s) that did not install. All available updates were selected."

Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

As the error message said, you should contact Symantec tech support or
go to Symantec's website and look up your error in their knowledge
base. I believe this is a known issue, but it is a Symantec issue - not
XP.
