Has anyone encountered this error message?

Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 2

If you are doing the first round of updates after an install of NAV than
let it finish the taken updates, reboot, run the updater again to
retrieve the rest...........This is of course providing this does not
happen to you "all" the time than I have no answer.......I've run in to
this situation/error after clean installs of NAV and the second round or
maybe third it takes............

I've seen a number of instances where a firewall doing content blocking
kept NAV/Symantec from getting full updates. I've also seen LiveUpdate
break, but you can uninstall it and then reinstall it and it fixes the
problems most times.

You can also enter the error code that was provided into the search box
on Symantec's support site and they will give you a resolution path for
it.
