Windows 7 Duplicate files.

Recently I ran my Duplicate File Cleaner. The report tells me I have over 54,000 dups on my system. Now I know that other apps sometimes need and use these dups. Since I don't know what I am doing I have no intention of deleting any files. But I don't want such a huge amount of dups on my system. What do you recommend I do in this case. Does this warrant my rebooting my win7 and starting over.

Why? from the sample log you've posted I see two programs listed that are the culprits, not Windows ... delete them, problem should then be solved.

Win 7 has a repair facility, no need to reinstall it.
