When i tried to update the norton antivirus i received the following

I have the same problem in WinXP Pro
I can't update norton anti virus and common client!
I get that message in details..

Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1
Common Client Core 2.0.0

Any ideas whats can be wrong?
