Norton Stopped connecting with XP-Pro

Hi,
My Norton live update will not connect no matter how many time Take it off
and put it back on. Here is what I get:

I have Norton Antivirus 2004 and I recieve updates both
automatically and checking myself. They had a patch to
install BEFORE SP2 was installed. It is Norton WMI
update. Not sure if you have already installed SP2 or not.
