System restore/product activation

I had to do a system restore, now I am getting this message, which is keeping
me from logging on...

A problem is preventing windows from accurately checking the license for
this computer. Error Code: 0x80004005

I'm lost?

Thanks...I got to the part of cd %systemroot%\system32...did not recognize
the command?
