Sysprep Tool Error

Hi all,
I have built a machine that I now want to distribute its image to about 50
other computers. Therefore the need has arisen to generate new SIDs for each
individual machine. Now the logical choice would be to use Microsoft's System
Preparation Tool do this.

However my problem is that after I click the reseal option, I am presented
with a window that reads "There is an incompatibility between this tool and
the current operating system... Unable to continue..."

The system is completely up to date using Windows update and was a fresh
installation of Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. The tool is from the
Win XP SP2 CD. Can anyone advice to what the problem is and how to resolve
it? It would be my assumption that due to an update upgrading the version
that the tool is now to old and therefore a newer version of the tool is
required. However, unfortunately I am unable to find a newer version of this
tool.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
