.structure.cnf.tmp

When I publish to my new site from FrontPage using WebDrive, after the
documents are copied I get the error message

Upload for file /_vti_pvt/.structure.cnf.tmp failed, 403 Forbidden

twice, followed by

Server error: Cannot open "w:\_vti_pvt\.structure.cnf.tmp: no such file or
folder.

How do I correct this problem? Thanks...
