If it's on your local machine find and delete service.lck and any *.web files
If its on a hosted server have your host do the same re service.lck

I tried doing a search for "*.lck , service.lck" but found none. found a
file with *.web though (
c:\\windows\applicationdata\microsoft\web_server_extentions\cache) is this
the one I should delete? would it harm future modifications / publishing?
It just occured to me that this happened when I re installed my website
on my hard disc ( from a backup cd) after formatting my hard drive.

Thanks mate!
