server extention unable to access file... HELP!!!

Hi there guru's ,
have a problem with my frontpage, where I can't open my web( ocated in
my hardisk) for editing this is the message which came out . when I click
ok, I am able to view and edit each page, but can't save or publish them.

server error: The server extentions were unable to access the file
"F:\nadirsfolder\website\mofam\_vti_pvt\service.lck" please check the file
permission

Please help!!

Find and delete the service.lck file and all hidden *.web files

PS
If this site is on a CD, copy it to your hard disc,
If it was copied from a CD, remove all read only attributes from all files/folders
