Stop Out of Office Assistant from responding to SPAM or phishing

the out of office assistant in Outlook should be able to use the SPAM filter
to determine whether or not an incoming email should be automatically replied
to. We had a case at our office where the out of office assistant replied to
a SPAM email and provided them with the email of the user and the domain.

By default, the Out of Office Assistant will not respond to outside mail and
that's why that setting IS the default. Moreover, the vast majority of SPAM
is sent from bogus addresses so respnding to it results in nothing more that
an NDR.
