Prevent out of office assistant from reply junk email

I would like to have the ability to prevent the Out of Office Assistant from
replying to email filtered as Junk Email by Outlook 2003. I don't want to
confirm to spammers this is a real email account by having Out of Office do
it automatically.

This is not up to Outlook. Outlook doesn't send the OOF but Exchange. If you
filter at Outlook level you are one level too low. To prevent this from
happening filtering should occur at or above Exchange level. Contact your
mail admin about the possibilies of serverside Junk E-mail filtering.
