Outlook "Out of Office Assistant" & Calendar

I note that the Out of Office Assistant does not seem to have an option to
sync with Calendar entries where "Out of Office" is set.

The Out of Office Assistant should have an option to automatically send
(sync) Out of Office msg according to Out of Office entries in the Calendar.
