Set reminder for Out of Office Assistant

I would like to set a reminder or date to turn off Out of Office Assistant.
If I am out of the office for 2 weeks I get an option asking do I want to
turn off the Office Assistant with only a Yes/No option everytime I launch
Outlook. Defeats the purpose of this option unless I will be out of the
office for 1 day

Set a task to remind yourself to use the Out of Office Assistant. Outlook
is not a mind-reader.
