start-up error: EULALauncher.exe

J

Every time I start up my computer, a small window pops up labeled:
"EULALauncher.exe - .NET Framework Initialization Error"
Inside the window says,
"C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be
loaded."
What does this mean? Is there a way to get rid of it?

Now, there are 3 error windows popping up at start-up! I installed the Dell
Support Center, and now 2 more "framework error" windows appear.
What is going on?

Hi jesslw26,

This error indicates that a particular file could not be found. It does not
mean that the file isn't on your system, just that it isn't in the location
specified. Perform a search for the file (you may need to allow to search
hidden and system files). Once found, COPY the file to the location mentioned
in your thread. DO NOT, under any circumstances, delete the file from its
original location as this will cause severe problems. If you restart your
machine, this problem should now go away, and, if the other error windows
refer to the same error, all problems should be resolved.
