mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

I tried to open program and error message appeared:

c:\windows\microsoft.net\framework\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

I searched MS website but only found articles that were way over my head.
Can someone explain how to fix with easy instructions?

Hi Lori,
Open a run command and type in:
regsvr32 Mscorwks.dll click [OK]
Reboot your machine and see.
Also you can try to run this command:
sfc /scannow click [OK]

Another suggestion is to uninstall the Net Framework version and Reinstall
again.
