Blue screen of death

Good day,
I'm using a Dell Inspirion E1505 with Windows XP Media Center 2005 installed
on it. After a number of virus and trojana attacked my system, I decided to
repair it using the CD that came with the system. However, during the repair,
I got the following error messages:
- shmgrate.exe: The procedure entry point Get RequestedRuntimeVersion could
not be located in the dynamic link library WININET.dll
- ngen.exe: The procedure entry point InternetGetSecurityInfoByURLW could
not be located in the dynamic link library mscoree.dll
- .NET Framework Initialization Error:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\mscorwks.dll could not be loaded

Please can anyone tell me what happened and how to fix this problem? Thanks
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Please, i have already done the repair install. What I now need is a way to
solve the problem it generated.

I can't boot into the system. That's the problem. And I could do that before
the repair. So why didn't the repair just stop at not solving the problem (
which was that I could not unhide hidden files) instead creating a bigger
mess? And now I have no way of accessing my files.
