Spoolsv.exe App Error

When I try to logon on server appears an error massage:

"Spoolsv.exe application error"
The instruction at "0x780020fe" referenced memory at 0x00818000. The memory
could not be "written" ...

Click Ok to terminate the program
Click Cancel to debug the program...

Later this I need to start the spool service and while I´m logged on the
server the spool service contining down. I have to start the service and
logoff the server, so the service working well, but when I try to logon
again, the problem continue to happening.

What can I do to solve this problem???
