spoolsv.exe Application Error Message

My Dell 2400 all of a sudden is displaying the error message: "Spoolsv.exe
Application Error" followed by eiather; "0x77f51cc5 Referenced memory at
0x0004900d could not rear" or Instructions at 0x77f5234c Referenced memory
at 0xfffffff could not be read" No printer functions. Cannot open printers,
cannot update printer drivers, cannot acess printers, all other functions
seem OK. Need help real bad real soon!!!

First thing to try is to start the spooler service.

Since the spooler service is dependent on the printer drivers... and
corrupted drivers break the spooler, the next thing to try is completely
(and correctly) uninstalling and reinstalling your printer.
