SP4

When SP4 came out I tried installing and had lots of
problems and was able to get it back off my computer. Now
I am trying to install Roxio 7 and it tells me the
certificate file is missing. I went to Roxio's website
and it says you need SP4. So, I tried again thinking that
it has been several months maybe it would work this time.
Wrong! I spent a hour trying to get my computer to boot
in safe mode so that I could uninstall it and go back. I
finally have it back. Is there a solution for this or am
I going to have to reformat my hardrive and install XP
instead of Win2000?

I have the same problem. I did not see anything on SP4 on the site though ...
Do you have a link for that ?

OK .. It appears to be a registry problem. Here is a link to the
procedure to correct it.

I have not applied this yet - but from the comments, it looks like it
will work.
